An unhealthy obsession with food since the start made 41-year-old Deepak Ahuja develop hypertension and put massive weight. Realizing he was just weeks from requiring medical intervention, he ditched bad eating habits at once. From having sweets and chocolate bars after every meal, he went out to completely ditch sweets from his diet! Now, he aims to run half marathons!
