UNSC resolution calls for combating terror

The resolution, which saw 13 countries voting in favour with China and Russia abstaining, said that Afghanistan territory not be used to threaten or attack any country or to shelter or train terrorists, or to plan or to finance terrorist acts while noting Taliban’s “relevant commitments’’ on the issue.
