100% WFH for private offices in Delhi; 23 die, positivity over 25%

On a day when Delhi recorded 23 deaths due to Covid-19, the highest daily toll in nearly seven months, and 21,259 cases, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) issued an order directing all private offices, except those in exempted categories, to shut down. The positivity rate was 25.65% on Tuesday, up from 25% a day earlier.
