The Supreme Court on Thursday accused the Punjab government of being complicit in harassment of a woman, who had lodged a sexual assault complaint against MLA Simarjeet Singh Bains, by registering multiple cases against her allegedly after she levelled rape charges against the Lok Insaf Party legislator.
