ED can now take possession of mill linked to Ajit Pawar

The Adjudicating Authority, appointed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or PMLA, on Tuesday confirmed the attachment of Satara's Jarandeshwar Sahakari Sugar Karkhana (cooperative sugar mill) worth over Rs 65 crore linked to Maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar.
