Chief minister Eknath Shinde is at the receiving end for granting quasi-judicial powers to bureaucrats. Leader of opposition Ajit Pawar, Congress legislature party leader Balasaheb Thorat and Congress spokesperson Atul Londhe strongly criticised the CM, saying his decision is anti-democratic.
