EAM to start for Moscow, India looks for issues beyond energy

Apart from reviewing energy and trade ties against the backdrop of Western sanctions, India and Russia will use foreign minister S Jaishankar’s visit to Moscow on Tuesday also to finalise the agenda for cooperation under multilateral frameworks including G-20, SCO and BRICS. The situation in Afghanistan and counter-terrorism are also among the issues that will figure prominently in the meetings.
