Will refer ordinance to Prez if state targets me: Kerala guv

Kerala governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Sunday hinted that he will send the ordinance, which strips his powers as the chancellor of all state universities, to the President of the country. “I don’t want to judge the ordinance if the state government is targeting me. Hence, I will refer it (to the President),” said the governor while addressing reporters in New Delhi.
