J'khand HC cites ED findings, rejects bail plea of Soren aide

The Jharkhand high court on Tuesday rejected the bail application of Prem Prakash, a close associate of Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren, while validating the findings of the Enforcement Directorate, which is probing the money trail in alleged illegal mining worth Rs 1,000 crore.
