Adani crash: SC sets up panel to probe 'failures'

The Supreme Court on Thursday set up a five-member committee led by ex-SC judge A M Sapre to probe alleged regulatory failures in preventing suspected breach of market rules by the Adani Group, whose shares melted in wake of the Hindenburg report on January 24.
