SC refuses to stay quizzing of KCR’s daughter by ED today

The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to stay the questioning of Kalvakuntla Kavitha, Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC and daughter of Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, by the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday in connection with a case under the Prevention of Money laundering Act relating to alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise policy, in which the ED has arrested Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia.
