Calling Deve Gowda’s JD(S) Congress’s “B team”, PM Modi on Sunday cautioned voters in Karnataka that each vote for the regional party would be “a vote for an unstable government in Karnataka”. At Channapatna in the Vokkaliga heartland, Modi said, “Ee baariya nirdhara BJP bahumatha sarkara (this time the decision must be for a complete majority for BJP). When there is a BJP government, there is a double-engine government — It is a government that will ensure 100% for every family.”
