Delhi cab policy to focus on safety of riders, training of unruly drivers

Passenger safety will be the focal point of Delhi government's cab aggregator policy. The new policy will make it compulsory for taxi companies to provide remedial training for drivers rated low by passengers and to act against drivers about whom there are frequent complaints.
