Irked with govt, Joshimath locals to stall Badrinath yatra on Day 1

Blaming the state government for "dilly-dallying on the issue," JBSS members on Sunday said that they will "continue the daily protest and have planned to shut down markets and block vehicular movement when Badrinath's portals open."
