Vigilance seeks action against DERC officials

The vigilance directorate of the Delhi government has written to the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) recommending action against three former and a sitting official of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) in a case related to the appointment of Ashok Kumar Singhal as principal adviser (tariff) to the power regulator.
