2nd Test: Virat Kohli puts India ahead on Day 1

Playing his 500th international game, Virat Kohli inched closer to a memorable century as India finished the first day of the second Test at 288 for 4 against West Indies in Trinidad on Thursday. After a disappointing performance in the first Test, the West Indian bowlers put up a much needed fight but Kohli's unbeaten 87 ensured India's control at the close of play.
