Congress on Saturday said the Modi government’s “assault” on democratically elected state governments is a subject of national concern and slammed the Delhi ordinance as its manifestation — spelling out the party stance on the ordinance that AAP said was a prerequisite for its attendance in the opposition parties meeting in Bengaluru next week.
