Setback to Abhishek Supreme Court lets ED continue probe

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain Diamond Harbour MP and TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee’s plea challenging a Calcutta HC order which had rejected his application for recall of HC’s order directing CBI and ED to probe his alleged role in the teachers recruitment scam case.
