Rajya Sabha on Tuesday unanimously passed four bills, including one that seeks to equip military commanders of all tri-service organisations with full administrative and disciplinary powers, after the opposition MPs had staged a walkout over the non-acceptance of their demand for holding a discussion on Manipur instead.
