Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP-led Centre on Saturday of neglecting OBCs and reiterated that the first task his party would undertake after being elected to government at the Centre would be to go for a "caste-based census to know the exact proportion so that everyone benefits". He added that as of now "no one knows their exact numbers".
