Glasgow gurdwara flays radical Sikhs for blocking Indian high commissioner’s visit

The Glasgow gurdwara has criticized Sikh activists for preventing the Indian high commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, from entering the place of worship. The activists tried to open the door of Doraiswami's car and shouted at him. The gurdwara condemned the behavior and called the police. However, the Sikh Federation UK and National Sikh Youth Federation defended the disruption, claiming a ban on Indian officials visiting gurdwaras has been in place since 1984.
