Israel cuts off north Gaza as Palestinian toll tops 10,000

Israeli forces have cut off northern Gaza from the rest of the territory and launched intense air strikes, preparing for a push into Gaza City. The death toll in Palestine has exceeded 10,000, with over 4,100 children and 2,600 women among the casualties. Israel has vowed to crush Hamas, and the war is expected to escalate as troops enter Gaza City.
