Only 16+ kids to be admitted in coaching centres

The Centre has issued guidelines mandating coaching centres to enrol students who have completed 16 years or passed Class XII exams. They are barred from making misleading promises. Prior registration is mandatory for coaching centres, and each branch is treated as a separate entity.
