'You may clap': Kamala Harris' 'awkward' 1st speech on Biden's retirement. Watch

This was Vice President Kamala Harris' first speech Monday after President Joe Biden endorsed her as the Democratic presidential nominee for the election as Biden announced to withdraw from the race. Obviously, all eyes were on Kamala as she is speculated to challenge Donald Trump in the November election. And as soon as it ended, the verdict was out. It was awkward with Kamala Harris' trademark 'laugh'.
