Omar Abdullah to contest Ganderbal seat, calls earlier boycott 'mistake'

Omar Abdullah, of the National Conference, will contest from Ganderbal in the assembly elections, reversing his decision to abstain. He realized that his abstention was inconsistent with party efforts.
