Crisis brings relief for two Congress CMs

The unexpected crisis in its Punjab unit wrought by the leadership’s choice Navjot Sidhu and the renewed G23 aggression are likely to provide relief to Congress incumbents in the two other party-ruled states which have been rocked by demands for change in recent months.
