Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to flag off the first Vande Bharat train with eight coaches on April 8. A sum of Rs 6 crore was collected in these accounts and almost half of it was then used for expenses such as foreign trips without permission, said state medical education minister Girish Mahajan and added that strong action will be taken within one month against those found guilty.
